If the keyboard isnÆt working you can check the following items.
First, make sure you have new batteries and they are installed properly in the keyboard.
When you press a key, you will see a red light above the word "Data" flash. Which means the keyboard is properly sending and the receiver is receiving the data. In this case, check the connections to be sure they are firmly in place and they were not inserted in to the wrong ports.
Make sure you are within the proper range and angle of the receiving unit as listed in the documentation.
